Local Businesses and Supporters Join Forces with Aid Africa’s Children

Picture of Sophie Ndimande, CEO/Owner, Jill Rzeplinski of the Lily Lake Resort and Debbie Gilliam, Aid Africa’s Children Fundraiser Chairwoman, share a special moment together at Aid Africa’s Children fundraiser.

Sophie’s “Coming to America Fundraiser” touches the hearts of many generous local businesses in the community. CEO/owner, Jill Rzeplinski of the Lily Lake Resort's warm enthusiasm and great food welcomed supporters with her homemade salads and delicious food buffet.

Generous gifts for our auction and raffle came from the Cornerstone Shop and Gallery, the Cobblestone Gift and Gallery, Ms. Sparkle & Co, the Studio Winery of Lake Geneva which donated a wine tour and tasting with food pairings for 10 people, and the Overland Company in Lake Geneva donated an Overland Sheepskin Throw blanket.

A variety of items ranging from stunning paintings, a hand carved African sculpture, a Paint Party for 6 persons w/instructions and material donated by artist, Diane Peters, a Lake Geneva Group Boat Cruise, tickets for the Geneva Lakes Museum tour, a Ravinia Food and Wine basket and a beautiful 2 bedroom rental in Lake Tahoe contributed greatly to a successful fundraiser!
