It’s Their Lifeline for Food, Clothing and Medical Treatment

Meet the passengers on the transport boat. They wait daily along the coast of Tanganyika for the lone transport boat giving them access to food, clothing or necessary medical treatment at the Kilando Hospital.

Brother Gasper charges 2,000-3,000 TZ shillings which is equivalent to one American dollar for those who can afford the fee. Otherwise, he allows them to ride for free. All contributions  are welcomed. The money collected is used for gas, oil, and upkeep of the boat.
