Christmas Comes Early at Sophie’s Creche!

An ordinary Thursday turned into a full-fledged Christmas celebration! Sophie surprised her pre-schoolers with their own hygiene gift bags after teaching a hands-on Good Hygiene Basics class.

Thanks to the generosity of Aid Africa’s Children's donors, Pastor Ron Ellis and his wife, Bonnie, Christmas came early!  We’d like to thank their church, “The New Christian Life House of Prayer & Faith” for this memorable day and gifts.

Every child at Sophie’s Creche received a hygiene gift bag filled with a toothbrush, toothpaste, washcloth, a hair comb, a small plastic cup, soap, a soap dish, shampoo and body lotion.

These everyday essentials became something extraordinary in the hands of the children.

The kids were over the moon! They jumped up and down, sang with excitement, and could hardly contain their happiness as they received their gifts.

Sophie decided that such a joyful occasion deserved to be an early Christmas celebration. The children responded with an enthusiastic thank you to Aid Africa’s Children and Father Christmas!

Sometimes, the simplest gifts bring the biggest smiles.
